Responsibilities:

  1. Manage a large global scientific team.
  2. Lead team to execute multiple tasks independently. Actively involved communication with clients and other department within organization, including sales and marketing team.
  3. Responsible for external/internal cancer drug discovery research and create new technology platform.
  4. Manage a variety of scientific project to ensure timely delivery of quality results.

Qualification:

  1. Ph.D. or M.D. in cancer biology, immunology, pharmacology, medicine or related discipline.
  2. >10 years of research experience in in vitro cancer biology, and with extensive cell based assays and screening. Broad knowledge in molecular biology, cell biology and drug discovery.
  3. Industry experience in project planning, management and reporting is required.
  4. Expertise in immunology and/or immuno-oncology is desired.
  5. Excellent verbal and written communication skill in English. communication.
  6. Strong scientific leadership, with proven record of publications, presentations and problem solving ability.
  7. Effective manager with extensive experience of supervision and organization.
