A top 10 global pharmaceutical company is currently recruiting a Biopharmaceutical Manufacturing Associate II. This organisation develops innovative products across multiple therapy areas including cardiovascular, oncology, and respiratory, and employs 100,000 staff globally. Job Responsibilities:

  • Applying company Values and Expectations into daily tasks by engaging positively with the team, using a patient and team-first mentality to achieve personal goals.
  • Safely and compliantly completing and documenting daily manufacturing tasks per standard operating procedures, batch document instructions, and logbooks.
  • Proactively working with senior staff to achieve competency in production operations.
  • Monitoring equipment and critical process parameters, escalating any issues or abnormalities and participating the resulting troubleshooting activities.
  • Striving to maintain a high level of competency with current and emerging digital platforms (SAP, EBR, AR/VR, etc).
  • During production transition times, supporting commissioning, decommissioning, validating, documenting revisions, engineering activities, and executing technical protocols.
  • Maintaining a clean and orderly production area in accordance with good housekeeping practices.
  • Proactively ensuring all processing equipment and necessary materials are adequate and available to set the team up for success.
  • Participating in investigations that are the result of safety or compliance issues.

Striving to maintain a high level of competency with current and emerging digital platforms (SAP, EBR, AR/VR, etc). Skills and Requirements:

  • BS/BA in life sciences/engineering, or Associates Degree. Degree in other discipline (or lack of degree) may be considered if sufficient technical depth has been achieved from professional experience.
  • 1 or more years of directly related experience.
  • Demonstrable multitasking, project management, and execution skills.
  • Good interpersonal skills, including communication, presentation, persuasion, and influence.
  • Good organisational skills, including efficiency, punctuality, and collaboration in a team environment.
  • Proficiency with computer skills, such as MS Office.
