Job Details
Summary: Analyze learning needs of internal departments, design and develop digital learning solutions for those needs, and implement them through the enterprise Learning Management System or other platforms.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
• Project Manage and directly Design, Develop, and Implement eLearning, learning resources (wiki, websites, manuals, job aids, etc.), and digital materials for classroom trainings; including the necessary storyboards, outlines, and project plans.
• Apply instructional design methodologies in creation of learning solutions and assessments.
• Conduct training needs analysis with internal departments to gather their training requirements.
• Development and implementation of evaluation strategies to determine effectiveness of training.
• Develop and use standards for course learning objectives, instructional design, and assessments.
• Conduct usability and user experience testing of learning solutions.
• Create and use standard development processes, tools, and templates.
• Edit video, audio, and still images.
• Use and support Learning Management System activities for delivery of learning material.

Education and Experience:
• Requires BS/BA degree and 3-5 years of relevant experience or a MS degree and 1-3 years of experience. Preferred degree disciplines include but are not limited to Communications, Media, Learning & Organizational Development, and HR.
• Experience with HTML and web development strongly preferred (e.g. HTML 5, CSS, and Java Script)
• Experience with e-Learning software strongly preferred (e.g. Captivate, Articulate, and Adobe Creative Suite)
• 3D modeling and animation experience preferred
• Experience in a GMP environment preferred
Title level (Associate Specialist, Specialist, or Senior Specialist) will be determined based on qualifications relevant to this role.
