Job Details
The Senior Compliance Analyst will perform monitoring activities related to key business areas which require full understanding of Federal Health Care program and FDA requirements. The Senior Compliance Analyst will execute Field Force Monitoring (including live sales representative/ MSL ride-alongs, observing live speaker programs and advisory boards, and completing records reviews). In addition, the Senior Compliance Analyst acts a resource to provide process expertise to various business partners regarding the monitored processes, and gather meaningful insights and opportunities for improvements based on information gathered via monitoring. This roles requires 50% travel.

- Schedules, communicates and executes monitoring plans, including protocols, templates, reports, dashboards and escalations. Identifies opportunities for improvement in AbbVie's business activities and processes.
- Reviews monitoring reports, and provides regular progress updates to Manager/Director.
- Completes all assigned monitoring activities and training, demonstrating a high-level competency.
- Provide accurate and timely responses to questions from business partners and independently pursue analyses suggested by the data.
- Measure and report compliance requirements, assist with compliance risk assessments, trend analysis and best practice recommendations.
- Assess current monitoring tools/templates/KPIs, and develop updated monitoring plans, including KPIs, and supporting templates as necessary.
- Assist with gap analysis/risk assessment to identify areas to expand global compliance monitoring programs.
- Provide support to multiple projects simultaneously.

Basic:
- BA/BS required. Advanced degree preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years' relevant experience with, or exposure to, business functions such as compliance, audit, legal, regulatory affairs, or finance
- Technically proficient with advanced capabilities in Excel, moderate capabilities in SharePoint, prefer experience with Qlik and Smart Sheet
- Background in compliance measurements, analytics, and data analysis
- Demonstrated strong written and verbal communication skills
