Assoc. Dir/Director - Project Management

Position Duties and Responsibilities
•    Oversee and prepare project team budget including resources and costs, collaborating with Finance and other cross-function departments
•    Coordinate clinical budget and related pricing strategy services for the purpose of executing a clinical trial or ancillary services agreement
•    Utilize and implement cost models to support pricing, profitability and business growth strategies
•    Communicate, document and archive project team activities and decisions.  Act as a primary contact for project team related information
•    Facilitate project team meetings, cross-function communication and decision making, ensuring alignment with internal and external stakeholders
•    Identify, recommend and implement opportunities for streamlining team and business processes
•    Applies best practices in the development, initiation, planning, execution, control and closing of projects
Key Requirements/Degree Requirements
•    Bachelors or Masters degree in Life Sciences or 6-8 years of multi-disciplinary experience in the biotech/pharmaceutical industry 
•    Minimum 2 years of direct project management experience in drug development with knowledge of overall drug development process
•    Experience using a Project Management software 
•    PMP (Project Management Professional) certificate a plus
