Summary:

Regeneron is seeking a Temp Talent Acquisition Coordinator to work within the Human Resources Department. This is excellent opportunity to work in a fast paced environment with multiple business units gaining valuable TA experiences and insights with exposure to other Human Resource functions. This person will provide high level systems coordination and administrative support. Primary responsibility will be to partner with the Recruiters to support the scheduling of a high volume of onsite candidate interviews. The incumbent will also support the offer process, provide high-level candidate care, and initiate continuous improvement of Talent Acquisition Processes as it relates to candidate logistics.

Responsibilities:

• Create detailed and complex candidate interview schedules

• Prepare for onsite interviews by booking appropriate conference rooms and ordering any necessary food

• Manage and communicate any interview changes to the candidate, recruiter and interview team

• Welcome candidates on the day of their interview and collect appropriate paperwork

• Escort candidates to interviews creating a great candidate experience.

• Draft offer letters and send to candidates in a timely manner with supporting paperwork.

• Continually update HR statuses of candidates and new hires in the applicant tracking system

• Audit and process candidate expenses

• Assist other TAC team members as needed

Requirements:

Qualified candidates are required to have a Bachelor's degree, preferably in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field. Prior experience in HR/Talent Acquisition is preferred. Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook are needed. Experience with HRIS, Applicant Tracking and Onboarding Systems is a plus. Proactive time-management skills, ability to learn quickly and follow-through skills with high attention to detail. Trusted with confidential information. Must have excellent written and verbal communication with the ability to provide updates to candidates, colleagues, and business partners. Demonstrated problem solving skills and the ability to independently resolve ambiguous situations. Ability to work independently with demonstrated critical thinking skills. Must be able to drive the candidate interview process and collaborate with peers both on the TAC team and across the business units you support.
