Location: Sunnyvale, CA

Title: Manager, Advanced Analytics

General Position Summary/Purpose:

Analyze product's prescriber and patient population creating products switching pattern for patients.

Key Accountabilities/Core Job Responsibilities:
 

  • Analyze reasons for prescriber activities from third party datasets.
  • Identify and meet analytical needs during pre- and post-launch phases of the products, including launch dashboard, trends, payer analysis and activity impact.
  • Perform market share analysis and longitudinal data analysis focusing on lines of therapy, drug compliance and persistency using SAS.
  • Conduct payer mix analysis, identify percentage share of various payers across different indications in specialty pharmacy data.
  • Measure campaign effectiveness through ROI analysis of key strategies and tactics such as speaker programs using test control and predictive analytics techniques.
  • Perform other duties as required.


Required:

 

 

  • Master's degree or equivalent in chemistry, physics, or an analytical field (Will accept bachelor's degree + five years of experience as equivalent)
  • Experience: At least 1 year in position offered or a senior role, advanced analytic solutions
  • Conceptualize, design and build advanced analytical solutions
  • Use of predictive analytics
  • SAS and R Analytics Tools
  • IQVIA Symphony and Specialty Pharmacy Datasets
  • Interaction with client teams and provide recommendations based on advanced analytical solutions
  • Enable customized business reporting solutions
  • Qlikview
