Paragon Gene Therapy, in Baltimore & Harmans, Maryland, provides industry-leading GMP development and manufacturing services for cutting-edge biopharmaceuticals such as recombinant viral vectors, next generation vaccines & hard-to-express recombinant proteins and oncolytic viruses.

The Team Lead, Tech Services must follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and adhere to cGMP's and GDP's while ensuring that gowning areas into Manufacturing are constantly stocked with supplies and and instrumentation is sterilized using an autoclave. Additionally, the Team Lead will train and ensure activities are completed by the team as a whole per SOP's and within timelines.

Key Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Ensure all associated work is completed by teams dedicated to specific shifts and timelines for on time manufacturing
  • Distributing responsibilities to Tech Support associates
  • Changing over and cleaning of Equipment Wash Room (EWR)
  • Operating and monitoring steam autoclaves.
  • Recording sterilizer test results
  • Stocking and inventorying GMP gown areas


Education & Experience:

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • 3+ years' experience working in a GMP facility.
  • Strong communication skills
  • Perform duties with the highest regard for safety and quality
  • Ability to understand and follow site protocols, policies and procedures
  • Must be flexible, forward- thinking, motivated, and can act independently
  • Must be able to lift up to 25lbs minimum
  • Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadline.
  • Problem-solving skills
