Purpose of Position:

Execute chemistry and related activities for manufacturing OliGrow oligonucleotides.

Key Responsibilities:

• Order reagents through SCM and prepare reagents for chemical processes.

• Operate manufacturing equipment according to procedures in place in the OliGrow unit.

• Manufacture OliGrow products from start to freeze-drying.

• Perform routine maintenance and trouble-shooting of automated DNA synthesis, Purification and desalting systems to ensure smooth production and low incident rate.

• Document work according to OliGrow documentation best practices.

• Maintain organized and clean laboratory environment.

• Adhere to all Environmental, Health, and Safety policies, other relevant regulatory and company policies.

• Establish working relationships with other teams to satisfy compound needs and customer needs.

Job Knowledge Required:

• BS degree in Chemistry

• Must have a minimum of 3 years of experience working in a chemical laboratory setting
