Summary:
The Specialist, Sample Operations is a key contributor to the team responsible for providing proactive support to Regeneron's Field-based teams and their management. This position is critical in ensuring that the Regeneron Sample Program is consistently run in an effective and compliant manner.
This individual in this role will provide day-to-day support for the Sample Program, handle communications to and from field-based personnel, and work closely with the Sample Operations & Accountability teams and third party vendors to effectively monitor and execute day-to-day operations pertaining to sampling.
Responsibilities:
• Serves as a point of contact for matters relating to the Regeneron Sample Program for field-based employees, commercial management, and third-party vendors.
• Reinforces Regeneron sampling business rules and processes with Field-based personnel, commercial management, third-party vendors and internal stakeholders.
• Mitigates, monitors and tracks status of sample requests, shipments and returns, and works with Field-based personnel, Sample Operations & Accountability Team, third-party vendors and other internal stakeholders to resolve any issues.
• Generates metrics and reports pertaining to the Regeneron Sample Program and ensures all scheduled reports are d
• Analyzes trending results to identify patterns or anomalies, escalates to management and makes recommendations for improvements as appropriate.
• Creates and maintains work instructions or documentation covering all aspects of the Regeneron Sample Program.
• Provides support for the Sample Operations training of field personnel.
• Supports the allocation management and roster management processes with third-party vendors.
Requirements:
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment to accomplish tasks in a timely manner.
• Proven experience working in customer-oriented, fast-paced environment.
• Ability to maintain professionalism under stressful or adverse conditions.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Detail-orientated with strong problem-solving skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and work with tight deadlines.
• Strong Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel skills are required.
• A general understanding of the PDMA with general knowledge of cGMP and other regulatory requirements.
• 3-5 years industry/relevant professional experience (with Bachelors degree).
• 7-9 years industry/relevant professional experience in lieu of degree.
