Main Job Purpose:

A growing global biotechnology firm is looking for an Application Software Configuration Engineer with 2 years experience in the Information Systems industry supporting Supply Chain function using cloud based solution.
  • You will work directly with the supply chain business SMEs to understand, prioritize, and advise on application focus and roll-out.
  • You will optimize user experience and value for all models in production
  • Work on integration organization Vision and Strategy in model design
  • Validate model structure and calculation results accuracy
  • Adoption of current platform functionality as released
  • Maintenance of appropriate data access and security
  • You will provide Model Performance optimization consistent with other available tools
  • Multi-functional connected operations within all models
  • Support user training


Basic Qualifications:

Master's degree
OR
Bachelor's degree and 2 years of Information Systems experience
OR
Associate's degree and 6 years of Information Systems experience
OR
High school diploma / GED and 8 years of [Information Systems experience

Requirements and Skills:
  • Advanced skill levels for Excel including macros, complex charts and pivot tables
  • Anaplan or similar planning software configuration experience highly preferred.
  • Aptitude for quickly ramping up on new technology.
  • Experience building, tracking and reporting on budgets, forecasts, management reporting, and/or supply/demand planning
  • Experience with Agile methodology and SDLC preferred
  • Knowledge of Forecasting, Inventory and supply chain management is highly preferred
  • Superb communication and presentation skillsAbility to juggle several complex projects simultaneously
