This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team working with the Neuroscience Business Unit to support Aimovig®. As a member of the US Value & Access team, the Access Manager position is part of the Reimbursement Access and Value (RAV) team and will report to the Access Marketing Director. This position is responsible for the development and execution of the Access tools, resources and field training programs.

Job Description
  • Responsible for defining and developing access support services tools and resources for HCP and consumer, including the coordination and execution of market research as needed
  • Developing and managing access support services tools and messaging for field sales force including new hire and ongoing training materials, leading workshops and content development for access portion of sales meetings
  • Serving as an adviser to the field on matters/issues on payers or access support services
  • Developing pharmacy card program resources, partnering with Access & Reimbursement operations and vendors
  • Developing and managing sales/data reporting as it relates to access
  • Working cross functionally with multiple groups including the brand marketing, global health economics, medical communications, market research, sales operations, and sales training teams
  • Partnering across the brand marketing and other teams to ensure coordination of access messaging, programs and tactics
  • Coordinating internal legal, regulatory, and medical review of materials via the Materials Approval and Compliance (MAC) / Pharmacoeconomic Materials Approval and Compliance (PMAC) process and coordinate the rollout of tools/ resources/ programs with the brand marketing teams
  • Managing day-to-day project management, including operations of the agencies and vendors
  • Managing program budgets and developing metrics


Basic Qualifications:

• Doctorate degree

OR

• Master's degree and 2 years of Marketing and/or business experience in a role aligned with a Marketing/Sales commercial organization

OR

• Bachelor's Degree and 4 years of Marketing and/or business experience in a role aligned with a Marketing/Sales commercial organization

OR

• Associate's Degree and 8 years of Marketing and/or business experience in a role aligned with a Marketing/Sales commercial organization

OR

• High school diploma / GED and 10 years of Marketing and/or business experience in a role aligned with a Marketing/Sales commercial organization

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree or advanced degree in business, marketing, or general management
  • 4+ years biotech/pharmaceutical experience
  • 2+ years of experience in the biopharmaceutical industry in any combination of the following areas: marketing; project management & planning; sales; neuroscience
  • Knowledge of the payer environment, including Medicare and commercial
  • Experience in reimbursement and patient support service programs
  • Ability to manage strategic marketing projects from concept development through execution
  • Experience working with advertising and/or media agencies developing impactful materials on time, on budget and on target
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including listening and presentation skills
  • Strong creative and problem-solving skills
  • Strong leadership and ability to drive influence across stakeholders to set direction, align work efforts, and ensure flawless execution
  • Strong organizational skills - to set targets, track to milestones and complete projects
  • Ability to successfully prioritize a diverse workload to meet deadlines
  • Ability to effectively lead cross-functional teams and to influence without authority
  • Ability to work effectively as a member of a team
  • Ability to be positive, confident, enthusiastic, energetic
