This position is in Global Clinical Operations in Tarrytown, NY.

This student will be an intern in the EPIC Global Development Continuous Improvement and GCO PM teams. The student will be responsible for facilitating the following:

• Work with teams to establish effective communication strategies and useful metrics for operational changes

• Edit, harmonize and improve the team's communication material including; SharePoint central repository, presentation decks, email communications, template library, and marketing material

• Develop consistent communication to improve organizational visibility

• Help to define team's performance metrics and incorporating into communication deliverables

• Research and propose options for improving staff acumen for business process improvement, project management, change management and communication

• Maintain operational data around the department's and project tracking and performance

• Design reports

• Can be a graduate or undergraduate student

• Must be pursuing a degree in Business/Economics, Communications or related field

• Must have excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills

• Must have strong planning and organizational skills, with the ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks

• Experience with Dashboards and Metrics a Plus

• Must have strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and in a team environment

• Must have strong attention to detail

• Must have experience and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite applications (including Project, PowerPoint, Word, Excel)

General Intern Program Information:

• Must be enrolled in, or accepted to, an academic program pursuing a Bachelor's, Master's, PhD or PharmD

• Summer Program is full-time (~40 hrs/wk) for at least 10 weeks and is paid

• Prefer demonstrated leadership in areas such as campus activities, clubs, sports or the community

• Minimum GPA of 3.0

• You will work with a specific manager on a project(s)

• Enjoy weekly 1 hour Intern Program events: learn about other areas of the company from VPs and other employees, soft skills workshops, networking, volunteering, and more!

• Present to your team on your summer project
