The Role is:

Global leader for all Travel, Expense and Corporate Card programs

Reports to: Director of Employee Services

Responsible for:

  • Strategic development of Global Travel, Expense and Corporate Card programs.
  • Leadership of a diverse global team consisting of staff, vendors and external workers.
  • Establish and implement global strategy for Travel, Expense and Corporate Card programs
  • Global stakeholder engagement and communication
  • Driving organizational accountability of compliance with internal policies and procedures to ensure consistency, operational efficiencies and financial responsibility.
  • Oversee and manage special projects, audits and RFP initiatives.
  • Monitoring of global programs performance against strategic priorities and provide Executive updates to global stakeholders.
  • Global vendor oversight ensuring performance standards are meeting SLAs and ROI objectives
  • Drive compliance with all legal and regulatory rules & guidelines by internal staff and outside suppliers. Manage and administrate meeting technology platform.
  • Partnering with global colleagues on new country set ups & program roll outs
  • Portfolio Management and resource planning (internal and external resources) for department with day-to-day management of program manager operations.
  • Managing, developing and coaching staff
  • Complete oversight and development of best in class programs (Travel, Expense & Corporate Card)


Basic Qualifications:

Doctorate degree & 2 years of project, travel, or meetings experience

OR

Master's degree & 4 years of project, travel, or meetings experience

OR

Bachelor's degree & 6 years of project, travel, or meetings experience

OR

Associate degree & 10 years of project, travel, or meetings experience

OR

High school diploma / GED & 12 years of project, travel, or meetings experience

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experienced finance leader with proven track record of success in building high performance teams and programs.
  • Strategic thinker with excellent communication skills and able to present complex data to a wide range of audiences.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously within a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent financial acumen and experience managing $MM programs.
  • Must be data oriented and have strong analytical capabilities.
  • Able to access complex facts & circumstances and apply critical thinking to make sound decisions/recommendations.
  • Possess a continuous improvement mindset within a passion for innovation and automation.
  • Ability to manage escalations and RCA issue reviews/investigations.
  • Proficient with audit procedures/processes.
  • Previous experience leading a large matrixed financial program within fortune 500 corporate environment
  • 5+ plus years of people management
  • Deep understanding of corporate Expense and Travel programs
  • Prior experience in disbursements, expense, travel or finical planning
  • Working knowledge of compliance, legal and regulatory guidelines related to SOX controls
