What great looks like in this role

Our ideal Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist will be based onsite and partner with department heads, hiring managers and business leaders to develop and deliver recruiting strategies to hire top-tier talent, in pursuit of delivering truly innovative and life-changing drugs for our patients (cancer and other severe, immune, inflammatory conditions).

The Recruiting team is an innovative organization and your work and input will directly influence our future. This role will be based onsite, with some flexibility at times as you will be responsible for account management across a first-in-kind complex business unit, all while keeping a candidate-first approach.

Responsibilities:

• Work with department leaders and hiring managers to develop positions, including value propositions, based on their organizational needs
• Create and implement recruiting strategies to fill openings, utilizing traditional and new sourcing and recruiting channels
• Drive and manage a complex talent pooling program to ensure we meet all of our growth plans across the business and inter-departmentally
• Develop, implement and manage a thoughtful candidate engagement experience, treating every candidate with dignity and respect
• Collaborate with our Sourcing partners
• Continuously measure results and adjust strategies to maximize our capability to attract and hire the very best talent

Requirements:

• BA/BS degree
• 5 - 8+ years' experience in sourcing and strategic recruiting roles within the Biotech/Pharmaceutical industry. Strongly prefer experience within a GMP manufacturing site.
• Successful track record of designing and executing sourcing strategies
• Vast knowledge of the latest recruitment and sourcing technologies and tactics
• Successful past implementation of recruitment marketing campaigns tied to strategic recruiting initiatives
• Demonstrated ability to influence leaders throughout the enterprise
