Key business partner to Commercial Finance Team, Brand Teams, and Sanofi counterparts to ensure that Regeneron's interests are preserved and our obligations are fulfilled throughout each of our collaborations. The Analyst will collaborate with the Associate Manager to provide oversight over all aspects of consolidation of alliance budgets including leading and executing the core processes for forecasting, budgeting, and analysis for decision support of Regeneron's current and future commercial products. This includes interacting with brand teams and Sanofi counterparts to gather budget and actual information, and working with Commercial Finance to forecast and analyze Regeneron specific spend.


• Assist in gathering, analyzing, and maintaining Alliance Commercial and Medical Affairs Brand Team budgets and quarterly reforecasts

• Work with Commercial Finance & Brand Teams to address a variety of business financial challenges

• Assist in analyzing quarterly budget to actual variance reports

• Prepare financial analysis in support of ad hoc requests and various special projects

• Work closely with internal Finance colleagues for corporate needs and deliverables associated with Alliance Commercial data, including Quarterly Reforecasts

• Works with Commercial Finance and Sanofi counterparts to develop long-range plans, budgets, and resource allocations (including headcount) for Commercial operations.

• Works with accounting to reconcile quarterly outlooks and actuals


1) Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in related field, Master's Degree or MBA preferred

• Minimum of 1-2 years of applicable experience, Pharmaceutical or Biotech industry experience preferred

2) Technical Skills:

• Understanding of Finance and Accounting principles

• Experience with MS Excel, MS Word, and PowerPoint

• Experience with ERP financial applications (Oracle or Hyperion is a plus)

• Proactive and analytical thinker with the ability to think outside the box and be adept at identifying areas for process improvement

• Ability to analyze Commercial financial data and prepare management reports. Strong modeling skills required.

• Required to produce accurate and timely financial budgets, forecasts, actuals, and variance analyses under tight deadlines. Must possess the ability to manage multiple competing priorities.
