Summary:
Seattle Genetics is seeking an energetic, passionate and experienced quality professional who will join the Quality Assurance training team in the Quality Systems group. As a Senior Quality Assurance Training Specialist, the position will be responsible for the oversight and maintenance of the GMP training program. This includes, but is not limited to, creating and facilitating training, managing the GxP Learning Management System and leading the system administrators (e.g. GCP/GLP, etc.).

Seattle Genetics is seeking an energetic, passionate and experienced quality professional who will join the Quality Assurance training team in the Quality Systems group. As a Senior Quality Assurance Training Specialist, the position will be responsible for the oversight and maintenance of the GMP training program. This includes, but is not limited to, creating and facilitating training, managing the GxP Learning Management System and leading the system administrators (e.g. GCP/GLP, etc.).
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the LEAD system Administrator for the electronic Learning Management System. This includes validating, testing, instructing on use, and maintaining the system
- Develop training materials (e.g., presentations, computer-based training tools, e-learning modules, instruction manuals/job aides) to meet specific compliance training objectives
- Facilitate and design training that engages the learner and fosters knowledge retention
- Interface with training leads from other functional areas to ensure a cohesive and robust training program across the company
- Write/revise quality procedures or other department operating procedures
- Develop internal "Train the Trainer," On-the-Job and Qualification training Certification Programs
- Oversee and facilitate training for New Hire Onboarding
Qualifications:
- BA/BS diploma or equivalent job experience and minimum of 7 years' experience in the pharmaceutical/biotechnology industry. Expert knowledge in one of the following: GLP, GCP, or GMP compliance
- Superior skills in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe, and database applications
- Familiarity with electronic Learning Management experience. (UL Pure ComplianceWire a plus)
- Understanding of adult learning principles
- Ability to work with limited supervision, superior attention to detail, excellent grammar and proofreading skills, proven multi-tasking ability, strong interpersonal and communication skills
- A high degree of confidentiality and professionalism, to include the ability to successfully interact with individuals at all levels of the company
