The TA Manager operates in multiple departments (Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain, etc), driving full-cycle recruiting efforts. Activities from requirement definition through offer negotiation and hire, using Abbvie's ATS and methodologies.

Key Accountabilities Include:
- Lead a team of talent acquisition professionals accountable for hiring all levels of talent within Operations and be a true talent advisor for the organization as it relates to recruiting.
- Collaborates with Human Resource partners, Business leaders and HR COE partners to understand skill requirements, background and experience needed
- Based on market knowledge/research, external network and existing internal programs, the TA Manager will provide comprehensive internal and external recruitment strategy to meet demand plan
- Sets and manages expectations of Hiring executives
- Identifies and resolves issues pro-actively
- Maintain statistics on new hires - source of hire, diversity etc,
Basic:
- 5+ years of recruitment experience in a competitive, fast paced environment
- Bachelors degree required
- Strong track record of sourcing and recruiting in the Healthcare market preferred
- Prior staff management experience strongly preferred
- Strong assessment skills to assess candidate's business capabilities, technical background and key behaviors
- Strong skills in driving and owning the TA process ensuring candidate and client management satisfaction
- Professional, accountable, high energy and collaborative team player
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build professional relations across all levels of the business, including business acumen with Senior Executives
