We are passionate about providing rewarding careers for our employees, and recognize the importance of balance and flexibility in our work environment. BMS offers a wide variety of competitive benefits, services, and programs that provide our employees the resources to pursue their goals, both at work and in their personal lives. We foster speed, passion, innovation, and accountability - and actively promote a culture of diversity and inclusion.

The External Outreach Lead in Cambridge will be responsible for development of a strategic and coordinated approach to interacting with the local ecosystem to cultivate our network. The individual would work closely with the Cambridge Leadership team, as well as Discovery and Translational Medicine leadership more broadly, to develop and execute a strategic plan for positioning BMS-Cambridge in the community.
