Regeneron is looking for a progressive, creative, high-energy Director of Talent Pipelines & Global University Relations at our HQ in Tarrytown, NY. Reporting the Sr. Director of Talent Acquisition, you will lead a team responsible for University Relations, Early / Mid-Level Career Programs and Talent Pipeline development. This role is right for you if you want to be challenged to define, develop and foster the robust talent pipelines that will continue to fuel Regeneron's growth. You'll be a Strategic Business Partner, Talent Development Leader, Brand Ambassador and Recruiting Manager all rolled into one!

This role supports every business unit across Regeneron's Global Operations and our highly engaged employee population of over 7,000. We have an ambitious, fast-paced environment and this position requires a high level of critical thinking and innovation. To be successful, you must be people oriented, extremely organized, and technically savvy. It will require you to lean-in, act tactically, think strategically and manage passionately to enhance our recruitment pipelining strategy across all functional areas and at all levels.

Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the leader of our talent pipeline strategy and programs at the early and mid-career levels. The central point of contact for Program Associates, Hiring Managers, and Talent Acquisition partners
  • Marketing & Recruitment - Drive pipeline recruitment in partnership with the Talent Acquisition and Campus teams; Lead the planning and execution of our University Relations programs and attend critical events to network with our industry's top emerging talent
  • Partner with Learning & Development in creating fun and exciting marketing materials which capture the spirit of our unique culture and promote our current and future opportunities
  • Develop metrics around program statistics, campus ROI, diversity and post-program impact
  • Research pipeline programs at other companies to ensure we're competitive and positioned as an employer of choice
  • Talent Development - Identify professional development experiences to meet business goals

Recruitment Tasks:
  • Full-Cycle candidate management through the hiring process from initial identification, qualification, assessment and onboarding.
  • Actively manage the pipelines of potential candidates in our TRM (Talent Relationship Management System), matching applicants with job requirements based on experience, skills, education, training and other qualifications
  • Interview applicants to evaluate work history, education, training and job skills
  • Create and foster relationships with University partners, associations and conferences to build our Talent pipelines
  • Attend career fairs, veteran job fairs and on-campus information sessions as needed
  • Stay engaged with applicant pool by fostering good relationships and building strong and trusting partnerships.

Qualifications:
  • 10+ years of either Talent Pipeline, University Relations Program Management or Talent Acquisition experience
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Excellent communicator - You're savvy at letting stakeholders know what they need to do and when they need to do it. You write clear, concise, easy-to-read communications and can comfortably present to leaders at all levels
  • Creatively curious - You like to seek out and try new approaches that keep us ahead of the curve
  • Organized & detail-oriented - You can manage competing deadlines and multiple rotation timelines with ease. You also double and triple check every nuance when it comes to event planning
  • Resourceful - If you don't have the answer, you figure it out. You're comfortable navigating a complex environment to obtain info and seek buy-in
  • Interpersonal Savvy- You build rapport and constructive relationships in an open, friendly and accepting way.
