  • Create and execute short and long-term recruitment strategies for the company and ensure alignment with HR and leadership 
  • Establish relationships with the company senior leaders to manage recruiting initiatives, understand trends, provide competitive intelligence, and ensure headcount alignment 
  • Create an effective employer branding strategy and employee value proposition that is aligned with our vision and core values to attract and hire exceptional and diverse talent 
  • Evaluate current hiring process and introduce best-practices to streamline and enhance the overall candidate experience 
  • Lead the internship program and maximize opportunity to identify future talent. 
  • Track, analyze, and utilize key talent metrics and headcount reporting to support current and future hiring needs 
  • Identify top talent by using company website, social media, job boards, employee referrals, and other recruiting tools 
  • Leverage subject matter expertise to coach and train hiring managers on interviewing best practices and processes 
  • Manage the company's  careers page as a key opportunity to share our brand and highlight opportunities 
  • Oversee the applicant tracking system including recommendations for and facilitation of upgrades and improvements; assist with OFCCP reporting requirements 
  • Identify opportunities to decrease recruitment costs by building relationships with recruiting agencies while managing the contract and budget process with recruiting partners 
  • Oversee the internal referral program and build enthusiasm and support for driving candidate referrals from existing employees 
  • Other duties as assigned 


  • Bachelor's degree required with at least 10 to 15 years of experience recruiting in the biotech and/pharmaceutical industry 
  • Proven recruiting experience in a rapidly growing environment implementing a wide range of staffing programs 
  • Excellent knowledge of LinkedIn, strategies on passive candidate sourcing, and recruiting software/applications (ATS); Jobvite experience a plus 
  • Expert in HR employment laws as that pertains to recruiting as well as OFCCP requirements 
  • Strong leadership, both within the Talent Acquisition team as well as the broader organization 
  • Ability to work well cross-functionally and influence across the organization at all levels 
  • Excellent organizational skills and an ability to prioritize effectively to deliver results within reasonably established timelines 
  • Strong interpersonal skills including verbal and written communication are essential in this collaborative work environment 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to effectively communicate and partner with all levels of the organization 
  • Local candidates highly preferred
