Job Details
Basic qualifications:
Doctorate degree
OR
Master's degree and 4 years of scientific experience
OR
Bachelor's degree and 6 years of scientific experience
Preferred qualifications:
- PhD or MD with 4+ years of postdoctoral research in cellular biology or immunology
- Broad knowledge of cancer biology with demonstrated independence in critical thinking and scientific achievement, such as through first author publications in top-tier journals and awarded grants
- Direct experience with T cell redirecting antibodies, including technical expertise with in vitro cell culture and in vivo models, multi-color flow cytometry, and imaging methods
- Excellent organizational, interpersonal and communication skills
- Prior experience managing or mentoring junior scientists
- Flexibility to work in teams to troubleshoot key issues, achieve changing project goals and meet timelines
