The Senior Associate in the anatomic pathology laboratory will validate

and execute specialized tissue-based assays that are geared to support specific

portfolio related questions on target expression. Will utilize an extensive repertoire of

pathology expertise to manage/troubleshoot projects independently and aid in driving

external collaborations and technology development.

Basic Qualifications:

Master's Degree


Bachelor's degree and 2 years of scientific experience

Preferred Qualifications:
  • BS with 4+ years of scientific experience in a specialized pathology immunohistochemistry/imaging lab
  • Significant hands-on experience in a variety of pathology based methodologies including: IHC, in situ hybridization (ISH), immunofluorescence imaging, image analysis,
  • and specialized tissue sectioning and histology procedures
  • Expertise in documentation, analysis and interpretation of data generated from tissue based target expression experiments with a variety of statistical approaches
  • Comfortable working in a highly interactive and vibrant environment designed to promote frequent interaction and brainstorming
  • Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously and to prioritize resources according to changing business drivers and emerging scientific questions
  • Experience fostering external and academic collaborations
