We have world-class cross-functional staff across the globe including sales and marketing, regional medical liaisons, oncology nurse specialists and customer account teams to ensure our discoveries go from bench to bedside.

Reporting to the Director, Global Learning & Performance R&D, Global Therapeutic Knowledge (GTK), the Senior Manager will be responsible for designing, developing, managing, and implementing high quality training curricula and programs for the Global Medical Affairs staff (Regional Medical Liaisons, Global Scientific Communications, Global Medical Writing and Medical Directors) The position will focus on training in the Oncology Therapeutic Areas. Primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to, liaising with the RML, Sci Comm and Medical stakeholders globally for develop therapeutic training and curriculum activities, creating therapeutic training learning materials, and conducting new hire training. The candidate will work closely with internal (e.g., Global Development, Global Scientific Affairs) and external groups (e.g., suppliers, opinion leaders) to develop and execute these training programs. Some travel may be required-usually 20%.

Basic Qualifications:

Doctorate degree and 2 years of clinical and/or scientific experience

OR

Master's degree and 4 years of clinical and/or scientific experience

OR

Bachelor's degree and 6 years of clinical and/or scientific experience

OR

Associate's degree and 10 years of clinical and/or scientific experience

OR

High school diploma / GED and 12 years of clinical and/or scientific experience

Preferred Qualifications:

A professional degree of Pharm.D., PhD, or MD with 5 or more years of biotech/pharmaceutical and or clinical experience

Understanding of training methodology and design

Excellent technical writing, oral, presentation, and project management skills and the ability to search, critically analyze, and summarize scientific literature.

Understanding of the pharmaceutical commercialization process and knowledge of the legal and regulatory guidelines affecting promotion of prescription products.

Ability to interface cross-functionally in a dynamic, matrixed environment.
