Summary:

The Senior Manager/Associate Director, Internal Content & Communications will be responsible for developing, planning and executing the company's internal content strategy targeting Regeneron's 7,500 employees globally. This includes overseeing two primary digital channels: RON, our company intranet, and RONda, our soon-to-launch employee mobile app. The successful candidate will be a part of a global Internal Communications team that thinks strategically and creatively - and executes at a high level to support our fast-growing, innovative company and our unique culture of colleagues who are passionate about their work and our mission to bring important new medicines to patients in need. The Internal Communications team is part of the Corporate Communications & Citizenship department focused on developing strategies and programs in four key areas: building a strong corporate reputation for Regeneron with external audiences including the media, sustaining culture and driving engagement through employee communications, and entrenching corporate citizenship as core to Regeneron's identity - all while building understanding and support for our company, pipeline and science.

Responsibilities:

• Develop strategy and plan to manage content across multiple internal digital channels (intranet, mobile app) that engage employees and help advance our communications goals.

• Drive and manage a broad portfolio of content in a fast-paced environment that help employees understand our science-based culture and how their work contributes to our mission and goals.

• Use a variety of formats to deliver engaging news and stories that appeal to a broad employee base.

• Build effective relationships with key stakeholders across the company to support content goals and projects.

• Manage and oversee resources (team members, freelancers, agencies) required to operationalize a busy content calendar and keep pace in a fast-growing company. Develop effective processes and guidelines to support content delivery.

• Stay on top of industry trends in content and employee communications to help educate our team and advance our work.

• Contribute to other internal communications initiatives as needed.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree

• Minimum of 8 years relevant experience developing and managing compelling, innovative and engaging content and employee communications campaigns.

• Relevant knowledge, interest and experience in digital and mobile communications, storytelling and content creation.

• Extensive experience working with digital media and formats (intranets, video, podcasts, social, mobile, etc.)

• Curiosity to learn and translate; ability to navigate ambiguity in fast-growing company; confidence to share new ideas; strong influencer.

• Excellent writer and storyteller; superior written and verbal communication skills; ability to generate creative, memorable content with a varied and thoughtful approach for different audiences.

• Detail-oriented; strong organizational, prioritization, and project management skills.

• Strong collaborator with the ability to seek and value input. High level of professionalism and confidence to work effectively with employees from all levels of the organization, including senior leaders, functional managers, research scientists and the general employee population.

• Proven success working in a fast-paced environment requiring daily flexibility and continuous multi-tasking. Ability to operate with a keen sense of urgency and a results-oriented mindset.

Preferred experience:

• Previous experience working for a company in biopharma or related industry is preferred
