Job Details
This position will provide Digital, Media, Web, Mobile analytics and optimization (Advanced marketing analytics focus) to support to key Amgen products:
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic and technical direction that will influence data-driven, executive decisions for Branded & Unbranded websites, Mobile sites & Apps, Owned Social Assets (Facebook Page, etc.) and all paid digital media
- Assist with advanced content page layouts using content management system, ensuring SEO, UX and branding guidelines best practices are followed
- Partner with media mix ROI analytics, marketing excellence, and marketing teams to execute the digital strategy for brands with the ability to tie brand objectives (awareness, conversion, enrollments) to media & website actions.
- Partner with CRM analytics team to optimize CRM channels and campaigns
- Own, analyze, report and constantly optimize for optimal customer contact strategies based on specific goals
- Partner with Data Science and Analytics teams to apply product/strategic insights to our marketing efforts
- Develop measurement and analytics plans, Tagging, taxonomy (Own Google Tag Manager strategy) and implementations and enable partners to implement custom tagging and tracking
- Act as a conduit to work with agency partners to create functional, operative dashboards for easy access to snapshots of key information
- Leverage visualization tools and techniques to create visual images communicating ideas, concepts and insights to a target audience
Basic Qualifications:
Doctorate degree and 2 years of marketing or digital analytics and/or other similar quantitative experience
OR
Master's degree and 4 years of marketing or digital analytics and/or other similar quantitative experience
OR
Bachelor's degree and 6 years of marketing or digital analytics and/or other similar quantitative experience
Preferred Qualifications:
- 3+ years of work experience in marketing / digital analytics ideally with exposure to analyzing search marketing (SEM & SEO) campaigns.
- Technical expertise with campaign and digital analytics packages such as Google Analytics, Google AdWords, DCM, DoubleClick, etc.
- Experience working with Salesforce Marketing Cloud
- Working knowledge of SQL, Tableau, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Consistent track record of test design and robust in-depth analysis
- Working knowledge of media research tools (IQVIA, Nielsen, ComScore, etc.) and ability to analyze syndicated research
- Working knowledge of CRM analytics: provide support to execute and track campaign and channel testing plans for A/B and multivariate tests (e.g. creative, messaging, segmentation, frequency, channels, etc.)
- Familiarity with building and using advanced statistical modeling (time series, cluster analysis, media mix and predictive analytics), direct/digital marketing test designs, and audience segmentations
- Ability to work collaboratively with multi-disciplinary teams and agency partners,
- Demonstrated analytical skills-understands the advantages and limits of different analytical/quantitative approaches
