This is an excellent opportunity for students interested in healthcare or the pharma/biotech industry, and who aspire to make a remarkable impact in the lives of patients with cancer. The intern will support various product management and marketing initiatives, including but not limited to:
  • Help implement a new metrics/KPI dashboard for the patient and digital marketing teams
  • Enhance current CRM health care professional strategy including integration of marketing non-personal promotions with sales representative personal touchpoints
  • Optimize media and digital creative strategy for second half of the year based on 1H performance metrics
  • Successful candidates will encompass strong strategic and analytical thinking, good communication and presentation skills. Candidates will also demonstrate leadership skills, and can manage multiple initiatives at the same time.
  • All professional and academic backgrounds will be considered; however, prior experience in product management, consulting, or a degree in marketing or a scientific discipline is desired.

Responsibilities:

· Create high-impact and visually appealing presentation decks

· Ability to work independently as well in a team

· Handle multiple requests simultaneously under pressure with both concurrent and conflicting deadlines

· Collect quantitative and qualitative data from marketing campaigns

· Perform market analysis and research on competition

· Support the marketing team in daily administrative tasks

· Assist in marketing and advertising promotional activities (e.g. social media, direct mail and web)

· Prepare promotional presentations

· Manage and update company database and customer relationship management systems (CRM)

Qualifications:

· 2 to 3 years of previous work experience

· Excellent organization and communication skills

· Understanding of different marketing techniques

· Detail oriented

· Microsoft Suite

Education Requirements:

· Be in an MBA program of a US accredited university prior to internship start date

· Be an active student in good standing at a US accredited university

· Maintain a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0/4.0 or equivalent

Final Presentation

Each Intern is expected to prepare a short presentation to their team to share what they have learned through their internship and how they hope their new knowledge will help them secure their future career. Presentations should be 10 - 15 minutes long and should include visual aid (posters or PowerPoint).
