Summary: This position is responsible for the day to day operation of site services including Dining Services, Fitness centers and any employee benefit related spaces. The position will also manage the spaces at multiple sites within the Capital region. The ideal candidate will have a background in sourcing and procurement.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Manage projects and duties to ensure the services are elite and highest quality

• Work with Senior Leadership on special projects, requests, opportunities or initiatives

• Implement programs for new activities and maintain status quo across all service groups

• Delivery of all client and contractor KPI targets

• Management of budgets and forecasting

• Review facilities supplier contract agreements and commercial terms and conditions

• Oversight of Contractors and Courier Services including the transferring of materials, parts or limited mail between facilities or buildings as needed.

• Ensure compliance with Health & Safety legislation

• Communicate with contracted service employees daily to ensure areas are running smoothly

• Procurement of equipment and materials required to maintain service areas

• Daily inspections of all on-site Cafeterias to ensure compliance with company and regulatory policies

• Assists Hospitality Consultant with monthly inspections

• Provides monthly metrics and reporting to ensure that inspection related findings and observations are addressed in a timely manner

• Review of monthly invoices from contracted service accounts to ensure accuracy

• Coordinate with on-site services (Cafeterias, Fitness Centers and other services) for work order placement and maintenance of equipment owned by Regeneron Pharmaceuticals Inc., as well as sourcing of mechanical contractors to complete work on non-Regeneron owned materials

• Monitor requests for access to Fitness Centers

• Solicit feedback from employees and coordinates with contracted service groups for responses on complaints and suggestions

• Maintains communication with contracted service groups to ensure awareness of and expectation for high standards and best in class service

Education and Experience:

• Requires Bachelor's degree plus 6 years of experience in relevant field and/service industry or equivalent combination of education and experience

• Experience in a cGMP, sourcing and procurement environment preferred but industry background will be considered.

• Experience reviewing contracts required

• Previous management experience strongly preferred

• Experience with Excel and Microsoft Office preferred
