Summary:

The Senior Manager University Relations will be responsible for all Campus Recruiting, Internship Programing to support Talent Acquisition at Regeneron. He/she will be responsible to drive the strategy, manage budgeting, and planning and team execution to support the growing organization. Creative, great communication, leadership, energy, organizational skills are required.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the overall onboarding, training, events, appraisal process and offers for all intern programs and/or full-time programs.

• Develop new partnerships with universities with a strong focus on building Regeneron's workforce in Ireland

• Attend campus and experienced hire recruiting events

• Manage overall budgets for all Campus activities

• Oversee and help develop and drive a strategy for Talent Acquisition on various social media platforms to recruitment sourcing strategies for promotional, engagement and conversion deliverables

• Provide feedback and updates on all responsibilities to HR, Corporate Communications, and the rest of the business

• Familiarity with media planning, buying, online marketing, and SEO/SEM integration strategies

• Respond to requests from the business to help with continuous growth in the Campus, Internship Programs

• Travel required up to 25% especially during peak recruiting seasons

• Will have direct reports

• Other responsibilities, as needed

Requirements:

A Bachelor's degree in Communications, HR, Marketing, or Business related major and 8-10 years of total professional experience with at least 2+ years managing campus recruiting in Talent Acquisition for the pharmaceutical/biotechnology industry. Customer focused, strong work ethic, and excellent time management skills with the ability to multi-task.
