Associate Director, Sales Operations

Location: Sunnyvale, CA

Title: Associate Director, Sales Operations

General Position Summary/Purpose:

Manage key components of Sales Operations function, focusing on sales force productivity.

Key Accountabilities/Core Job Responsibilities:

  • Lead internal projects within commercial function, include targeting, alignment, incentive compensation, and data governance.
  • Direct end-to-end incentive compensation process, including preparing compensation plans, updating KPIs, and reporting.
  • Point person for related tools and data strategy; building data ecosystem; and identifying sales targets.
  • Develop and implement analyses identifying national and sub-national drivers behind sales performance, including sales trends, market share and customer target plans, including segment and priorities.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams, lead data initiatives, and perform other duties as required.

Required:

  • Master's degree or equivalent in computer, information systems or a related field (Will accept bachelor's degree + five years of experience as equivalent)
  • At least 2 years in position offered or as a Manager, Analytics
  • Manage projects focused on data management, text analytics PoCs and analytics services (sales performance, service quality, churn control, campaign effectiveness)
  • Provide support to teams via automation, tool development, dashboard development, and text mining and classification
  • Use of MS Office (Advanced) and VBA
  • SAS, R, RapidMiner, Tableau
  • Manage end-to-end sales operations process and cross-functional initiatives
  • Use of CRM software (Salesforce.com and Veeva)
