AbbVie is looking for an experienced Corporate Travel & Expense (CTE) Expense Report Sr. Analyst to help support our growing business needs and global disbursement operations.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Review and audit all Senior Leader expense reports
  • Prepare and analyze the annual Senior Leader report for the VP Corporate Controller and Board of Directors Audit Committee
  • Assist system users through the CTE Relocation process (as applicable)
  • Manage the U.S. duplicate payment collection process
  • Receive and process check deposits on behalf of CTE and CDO teams
  • Manage the delegation of Corporate card transactions for terminated employees
  • Propose and implement initiatives aimed to improve efficiencies, innovation, and quality of processes and controls
  • Build strong working relationships with senior level leaders, the Affiliates and our BPO partners
  • Serve as the key contact relating to all Relocation and Senior Leader CTE related activities, as well as general CTE user inquiries
  • Assist in audit preparation and other ad hoc initiatives/projects assigned


Skills, Knowledge and Qualifications:

 

  • Systems experience preferred: CTE Concur, Business Objects, Qlikview, SAP, and proficiency in MS Office


Business Knowledge:

 

 

  • Business Processes
  • Corporate Financial Policies
  • Operating Procedures for Program Funding (OPPF)
  • AbbVie Code of Business Conduct


Basic:

 

 

  • Bachelor's degree (in Finance or Accounting preferred)
  • Minimum 8 3-4 years of experience in Expense Reporting and/or Accounts Payable
  • Strong analytical, problem solving, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills enabling effective, clear, and concise communication with all levels of management
  • Strong organizational skills required to coordinate, manage, and prioritize multiple cross-divisional processes and projects
  • Consistently demonstrate the ability to be self-motivated, responsive, customer-focused, and possess strong follow-up skills
  • Consistently demonstrate high ethical standards, accountability, and ownership.
  • Ability to productively work well both independently on task execution and as part of cohesive team /workgroup.
