The Senior Associate, Project Management will support publication planning and the associated process for programs within the assigned therapeutic area (TA) in Global Publications.

Key responsibilities include:

Assist Global Publication Planning Leads (GPPLs) in annual planning and prioritization of publications
  • Assist the GPPL in preparing publication concepts for approval by ensuring that content subject matter experts provide accurate supporting detail and that the concepts align with publication objectives
  • Generate and coordinate delivery of dashboards and other reports from appropriate systems and sources
  • Serve as point of contact and coordination for key pub planning meetings
  • Prepare and/or update pub planning meeting materials; record and distribute decisions and action items
  • Manage deliverables for and communications with external business partners
  • Assist the GPPL with following the SOP Planned Deviation process as needed
  • Develop and maintain abstract and presentation trackers for individual TA-related congresses
  • Coordinate poster printing & shipping and manage QR code process, as needed
  • Assist the area budget coordinator in maintaining the publications budget tracker as needed; facilitate annual planning and budget process and manage outsourcing budget (if supporting a region)
  • Manage author travel process
  • Manage obtaining copyright permissions
  • Adheres to compliance policies and requirements

Basic Qualifications:

Master's degree

OR

Bachelor's degree and 2 years of project management experience

OR

Associate's degree and 6 years of project management experience

OR

High school diploma / GED and 8 years of project management experience

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 3 years of project management, operational, and/or technical experience
  • Excellent oral and written communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills
