We have world-class cross-functional staff across the globe including sales and marketing, regional medical liaisons, oncology nurse specialists and customer account teams to ensure our discoveries go from bench to bedside. We currently have an opportunity available for a Marketing Senior Manager to support Repatha.

The US Marketing Senior Manager will support the development and execution of a wide range of strategic and promotional activities related to HCP Peer-to-Peer Education for Repatha. Principally, this position will involve the on-going operation of the Promotional Speaker Bureau, including being the Responsible Amgen Employee (RAE), as well as maintaining communication feedback from speakers in regard to overall program execution and future consideration. Additional responsibilities include budget management of the speaker bureau, metrics/performance analyses of these programs, content development for use in peer-to-peer education settings, consistent with the Repatha's Strategic Imperatives, and direction to the Sales Field Force related to program execution.

Key Responsibilities include:

Operating lead (RAE) for promotional speaker bureau working with marketing, the field force, compliance and regulatory

Optimizing current speaker bureau and adding/removing speakers as needed

Opinion Leader (OL) strategy and relationship management

Responsible for updating content for use and training of speakers as needed

Responsible for leading Advisory Boards to gather input and feedback from HCP's around current marketing strategies/tactics and new content development

Creating and finalizing all content through Amgen Legal, Medical and Regulatory processes

Managing program budgets and analyzing metrics to ensure success and mix of promotional programs

Work effectively with Sales Leadership to develop and execute program execution

Basic Qualifications:

• Doctorate degree and (2 years of Marketing and/or Sales Management experience) OR (2 years of Marketing and/or Sales including 1 year of Marketing experience)

OR

• Master's degree and (4 years of Marketing and/or Sales Management experience) OR (4 years of Marketing and/or Sales including 2 years of Marketing experience)

OR

• Bachelor's degree and (6 years of Marketing and/or Sales Management experience) OR (6 years of Marketing and/or Sales including 3 years of Marketing experience)

OR

• Associate's degree and (10 years of Marketing and/or Sales Management experience) OR (10 years of Marketing and/or Sales including 5 years of Marketing experience)

OR

• High school diploma / GED and (12 years of Marketing and/or Sales Management experience) OR (12 years of Marketing and/or Sales including 6 years of Marketing experience)

Preferred Qualifications:

MBA in marketing, healthcare management, or related discipline

2+ years of experience in working with HCP's related to peer-to-peer education

Demonstrated track record of increasing responsibility within the marketing competencies related to HCP peer-to-peer education

Experience in Cardiology and General Medicine (PCP) products/markets

Demonstrated analytical skills and the ability to think strategically and solve problems

Proven ability to collaborate and work cross-functionally to drive business results in a heavily matrixed, fast-paced environment
