Summary:

The Director of Marketing Oncology is a member of Regeneron's oncology commercial team, with accountability in leading all professional engagements and activities in support of the commercialization efforts of LIBTAYO in the US. Initial focus will be on the CSCC indication but will evolve to additional indications over time. In addition, he/she will provide strategic support on cross-functional direction and US commercialization and marketing strategy.

Responsibilities:

1. Responsible to lead our US and Global KOL efforts including KOL identification, mapping and engagement plan.

a. Lead the creation, execution, evolution and maintenance of the commercial team's KOL engagement plan

b. Develop and build relationships with KOL's in CSCC, BCC and NSCLC (initial priority and focus will be CSCC)

c. Maintain and develop resources for KOL engagement activities such as a database or similar platform for top KOL's.

d. Liaise and communicate with internal stakeholders, including medical affairs and clinical development to share insights and significant activities, to ensure coordinated engagement for the customer.

e. Co-Lead with field medical affairs the planning for KOL engagements at scientific meetings and congresses (US and Global).

2. Lead the development and execution of US and Global commercial advisory boards to inform and support brand strategy and the launch preparation of new indications.

3. Lead the development/management of relationships with Oncology organizations including professional associations, patient advocacy groups and other oncology organizations/stakeholders.

a. Coordinate key commercial business engagements with all internal stakeholders at congress meetings to optimize our presence in the immune-oncology space.

4. Responsible for Peer to Peer promotional speaker program execution.

a. Speaker bureau management including speaker identification, selection and training.

b. Support execution of local speaker programs

5. Lead development of patient communication tactics and resources as well as serve as the key point of contact for marketing on patient advocacy initiatives

6. Provide support to the development of the overall brand strategy, functional plans and budget.

Requirements:

• Must demonstrate ability to lead strategically, drive performance, build alignment, inform, negotiate, and collaborate.

• Strong science background with deep knowledge of oncology. Ability to understand, work with, and provide commercial input to all functions within the project team.

• Minimum of 10 years biopharmaceutical experience with at least 5 in Marketing

• Minimum of 3 years of experience with marketing of oncology drugs in US is required.

• Previous product/indication launch experience required.

• Experience with US marketing and pre-approval planning of oncology biologic buy and bill drugs is required.

• Effective communication, both written and oral, at all times. Experience in delivering complex messages to various internal and external customers with a track record of effective and influential presentations.

• Demonstrated initiative, creativity, strategic capabilities, and ability to work effectively in complex, rapidly changing environments.

• Strong project and process management skills, along with the ability to work on multiple tasks, and to effectively prioritize.

• Proven team player with ability to navigate cross functionally.

• Strong analytical skills both quantitative and qualitative.

• Proven success within strategic alliances.

• Bachelor's Degree Required, MBA preferred.

• Demonstrated track record of commercial success in positions with progressive responsibilities.
