Key Responsibilities Include:
    Manage ISO meetings organization, minutes, follow-ups, ISO goals and KPI setting process & tracking Manage and update content of the ISO Global Brand Portal Update General ISO project tracker for all key ISO projects Monitor and track ISO budget across relevant areas (Commercial Strategies, Commercial Operations, Strategic Planning & Operations) Provide detailed coordination of major ISO projects as required/necessary such as the project management of Commercial Strategies multi-functional strategic assessments (i.e. Risa Flexible Dosing, Atopic Dermatitis, asset launch support (Launch Situation Room development in conjunction with GBTs), Commercial Operations initiatives (i.e. Congress Optimization) and/or ad-hoc projects.
      Includes: Creation and maintenance of detailed project work plans Coordination of Workstream Core Teams (meeting planning, agenda setting, minutes, logistical support, etc.) Compilation, organization and confection of project reports, presentation decks


Basic:
  • 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in coordination roles or project management
  • pharma experience - advantage
  • Bachelor's Degree

Preferred:
  • Excellent planning and organization skills
  • Strong project management
  • Financial understanding
  • Global, Matrix organization experience
  • Cross-functional team experience
  • English fluency both verbal and written
