Known for its scientific and operational excellence, Regeneron is a leading science-based biopharmaceutical company that discovers, invents, develops, manufactures, and commercializes medicines for the treatment of serious medical conditions. This student will work in University Relations within the Talent Acquisition group in Tarrytown, NY. They will focus on responsibilities within the intern program as well as a few continuous improvement measures for University Relations efforts around student initiatives. Throughout the summer, this student will document intern events through pictures/ video and also contribute to the intern Yammer group.

Key responsibilities include:

Intern Communications
The intern will be responsible for creating and managing the communications content for Yammer. The intern will work closely with the TT University Relations team, to develop and execute a plan for intern communications, that includes content creation as well as managing, with assistance, content development from intern / co-op peers, and potential 1st person videos of "day in the life". This will ensure all TT / BR / SHO interns are learning about the positions held by other interns and are actively engaged with one another. They will also facilitate the REGN Friends program.

Campus Ambassador Program
Work with University Relations teams and the participating CAP student members at the Key Accounts to identify areas of improvement in the program, determine best measures for improvements, and implement with guidance. Review the pilot information from our new App, GoCommando, that were using to share events, track activities, measure time worked and reward with swag.

Intern Engagement
Throughout the Summer, this person will document intern events through pictures/ video and also contribute to the intern Yammer group as well as assist the University Relations team in finalizing planning and executing the Experiential (Intern, Co-op) Program summer activities.

• Can be an undergraduate or graduate student

• Must be pursuing a degree in Communications, Human Resources, Labor & Industrial Relations, or Psychology

• Must have experience with Microsoft Office Suite

• Must have strong organizational skills, strong project management skills, and a demonstrated leadership on campus

General Intern Program Information:

• Must be enrolled in, or accepted to, an academic program pursuing a Bachelor's, Master's, PhD or PharmD

• Summer Program is full-time (~40 hrs/wk) for at least 10 weeks and is paid

• Prefer demonstrated leadership in areas such as campus activities, clubs, sports or the community

• Minimum GPA of 3.0

• You will work with a specific manager on a project(s)

• Enjoy weekly 1 hour Intern Program events: learn about other areas of the company from VPs and other employees, soft skills workshops, networking, volunteering, and more!

• Present to your team on your summer project

• A free shuttle is offered from the North White Plains or Tarrytown train stations to the Tarrytown campus
