Summary:

The Manager HCP Marketing will work across the Respiratory Franchise for Dupixent.

• The Manager, HCP Marketing will be responsible for leading the development of the strategy and have accountability for execution and pull through of the US Marketing Plan at Key Congresses (AAAAI, ATS, ACAAI, CHEST, and smaller regional meetings).

• The Manager will lead the execution of the non-personal promotional plan across all digital platforms.

Responsibilities:

CONGRESS:

• As Congress Lead, work closely with the Brand Lead to develop the promotional communication strategy for all U.S Congresses.

• Ensure alignment of the Congress Strategy with the Respiratory Franchise Strategy for DUPIXENT.

• Lead the development and execution of all US Congress Related activities across alliance partners ensuring collaboration with key stakeholders from Commercial, Medical, and Advocacy.

• Lead the creation, development, and JRC review of assets and tactical resources for all national and local conventions.

• Work closely with Sales Leadership to coordinate the selection and training of staffing for national conventions.

• Lead the development of metrics and KPIs to evaluate the effectiveness of promotional tactics and initiatives featured at national and local conventions/congresses.

NON-PERSONAL & DIGITAL:

• Work with Respiratory Franchise Digital Lead to ensure appropriate execution and pull through of MCM plan and all non -personal promotional tactics across digital platforms for the Respiratory Franchise.

• Serve as lead for all Respiratory Franchise digital presence planning, tactical execution, and tracking of campaign metrics

Budgeting.

o Work cross-functionally to create, manage and track the joint budgets to ensure that the alliance is operating within aligned budget goals and appropriate full year phasing.

o Manage all projects and responsibilities to agreed-upon project timelines, budgets, and scope.

OPERATIONAL:

o Serve as the brand team liaison on the strategic competitive intelligence team, working across functional teams to both design and execute competitive scenario exercises and workshops.

o Ensure that the marketing processes, programs, and internal reports are developed, implemented, and effectively administered to be consistent with corporate guidance and all regulatory, legal, ethical guidelines.

Requirements:

• Ability to collaborate with and influence individuals at all levels of the organization

• Must be willing to travel approximately 20 - 30%, including travel on weekends as needed for coverage of conferences

• Strong Communication and Presentations skills across both scientific and commercial audiences

• Combines strategic thinking with strong implementation skills

• Ability to think strategically and pull through to execution

• Strong project, process and decision-making skills

• Must be proactive and operate with minimal direction

• Must be able to operate in high paced launch environment

• Demonstrated problem solving ability

• Strong scientific acumen

• Bachelors Degree

• 3-5 years pharmaceutical marketing experience required

• 7+ years of "progressive" industry/relevant professional experience; 3+ years of pharmaceutical/biotech marketing, product management, or related experience.

• Immunology experience preferred.

• Biologic/self-injectable experience preferred.

• Prior pharmaceutical sales experience a plus.

• Respiratory experience a plus.

• Previous work within a co-promote or Alliance is a plus.

• Biotechnology or small specialty pharmaceutical marketing experience desired
