As a Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for working closely with a cross-functional "scrum" team in a co-located environment, and with other Subject Matter Experts (SMEs). Your focus will be to uncover and prioritize needs of Enbrel® customers as critical inputs to brand plans and develop Minimally Loveable Products (MLP) that delight. As a DCD team member, you will be working directly with customers to discover and fully understand and prioritize needs, co-create MLPs and continuously iterate to improve them. In addition, they establish metrics to determine the value of solutions deployed and champion a new way of working in which speed to market and iterative solutions are seen as central to the brand's success.

This position is located in Thousand Oaks, CA and will require minimal travel (~10%)

Basic Qualifications:

• Doctorate degree

OR

• Master's degree and 2 years of Marketing and/or business experience in a role aligned with a Marketing/Sales commercial organization

OR

• Bachelor's Degree and 4 years of Marketing and/or business experience in a role aligned with a Marketing/Sales commercial organization

OR

• Associate's Degree and 8 years of Marketing and/or business experience in a role aligned with a Marketing/Sales commercial organization

OR

• High school diploma / GED and 10 years of Marketing and/or business experience in a role aligned with a Marketing/Sales commercial organization

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Innovative and practical thinking to deliver optimal experience for patients.
  • A self-starter who manages projects from inception to completion, creatively problem solves and pays close attention to detail.
  • Experience marketing directly to consumers. Pharmaceutical or regulated consumer goods or services is preferred but not required.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills including strong interpersonal skills with demonstrated ability to work effectively in a collaborative, matrixed environment.
  • Emphatic and passionate individual with the ability to build meaningful experiences with customers.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in team-based environment
  • Strong bias for action; ability to make decisions or recommendations, despite a large degree of ambiguity
  • Work collaboratively and cross-functionally in a team environment - sometimes working on tasks outside one's core
  • Strong business acumen and learning agility.
  • Possess a strong team mentality and be able to partner well across the matrix
