We have world-class cross-functional staff across the globe including sales and marketing, regional medical liaisons, oncology nurse specialists and customer account teams to ensure our discoveries go from bench to bedside.

The Marketing Sr Mgr will be responsible for the assessment, development and execution of Nephrology & Oncology marketing in support of ESA promotional initiatives. Aspects of the role are focused on contract support for key customer segments, development of promotional materials for the Key Account Managers (KAMs) and Specialty Sales Representatives (SSRs), management of the brand's online resources, and competitor/customer analysis. Cross-functional leadership aspects of this role include serving as the primary point for contracting initiatives, the Inside Sales Team as well as collaborating with our secondary data vendor. Tactical execution will align with initiatives from the tactical plan.

Key responsibilities:
  • Responsible for managing engagement, tool development and execution for the KAM, SSR and Inside Sales Team. Tools will support personal and non-personal promotion
  • Manage several key multi-channel initiatives to maximize brand choice
  • Lead development of KAM tools that customize a rich database of patient outcomes to align with customer needs
  • Responsible for the planning, coordination, and execution of sales meetings, key congresses and training (including new hire training)
  • Manage analysis of competitor and customer landscape dynamics, utilization trends, and contract scenarios
  • Collect customer insights from market research, field travel, secondary data, OL interactions and field force to develop and improve tactics
  • Manage day-to-day initiative operations and budgets with multiple agency and vendor partners to develop and execute initiatives


Basic Qualifications:

• Doctorate degree and 2 years of Marketing and/or business experience in a role aligned with a Marketing/Sales commercial organization

OR

• Master's degree and 4 years of Marketing and/or business experience in a role aligned with a Marketing/Sales commercial organization

OR

• Bachelor's degree and 6 years of Marketing and/or business experience in a role aligned with a Marketing/Sales commercial organization

OR

• Associate's Degree and 10 years of Marketing and/or business experience in a role aligned with a Marketing/Sales commercial organization

OR

• High school diploma / GED and 12 years of Marketing and/or business experience in a role aligned with a Marketing/Sales commercial organization

Preferred Qualifications
  • Demonstrated ability to consistently produce solid marketing results with increasing responsibility over time, including multi-channel marketing
  • Proven ability to quickly grasp and apply analytical and clinical information. Translate complex data/information into simple, actionable insights
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze a business problem and develop an appropriate strategy
  • Excellence in project management with an ability to set targets, track to milestones, prioritize tasks and complete projects
  • Strong ability to collaborate with internal and external groups to gain alignment on strategies and lead execution of initiatives
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Thorough understanding of the legal and regulatory environment in pharmaceutical promotions
  • Knowledge of nephrology or biosimilars
