Summary:
Lead Global Market Access for Dupixent for the treatment of allergic asthma, atopic dermatitis, chronic sinusitis with nasal polyps, and potentially other indications. Develop and implement global (overall, and then specifically ex-US) product strategies to secure and maintain optimal global access. Develop global market access and reimbursement strategies, and determine how best to communicate the product's unique attributes to market access decision makers and influencers during pre-launch, launch, and post-launch phases of a product's life-cycle. Direct the design, execution, and analyses of studies to create clinical and economic value messages that resonate with payers, health care providers, and other decision-makers, and coordinate the design, development and execution of access programs and payer submissions, and input into pricing research and decision making.

You will collaborate closely with the US Market Access and Pricing team, as well as cross-company, global, cross-affiliate and cross-functional staff (brand marketing, HEOR, medical, market research, contracting, and new product development) to align payer insights and requirements into the evidence-generation plan, value proposition, payer communication tools, negotiation plans and objection handling, access program development, and launch strategies and tactics/execution.

Responsibilities:

• Support both short-term and long-term Payer and HTA strategies in concert with developing and implementing tactics to support the marketing efforts

• Work closely with the Sanofi global and affiliates' Value and Access teams, as well as Regeneron US Market Access, to identify opportunities, improve existing tactics, and meet payer needs

• In conjunction with Alliance partners and Regeneron Pricing and Access teams, inform the global pricing strategy for the asset, and assess need and options for innovative pricing strategies

• Seek early consultation and guidance from players and HTA authorities as needed

• Develop and implement a tactical market access plan for EU5, Canada, and Japan alongside our Alliance partners

• In conjunction with the brand team, develop global value proposition and value messaging, and market access stakeholder engagement plans for EU5, Canada, and Japan

• Oversee and implement Market Access global dossier, develop materials to educate customers about offerings, and develop materials to support unique demonstration pilots

• Develop strategies and materials to support major market payer stakeholder negotiations and objection handling

• Synthesize input from Medical Affairs, Pricing, Health Economics and Outcomes Research, Market Research, etc. as appropriate to identify and analyze trends and/or changes which will influence market access now and in the future. Determine implications for Regeneron

• Develop field training with Market Access team with support of leadership

• Development reimbursement tracking tools and reporting

• Interface with Patient Marketing group to understand and identify deep patient insights that drive meaningful and successful payer solutions

• Manage Access budgets, and develop metrics to assess impact of key initiatives
*Experience and Required Skills:
Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree Required; Master's degree preferred

• Prior biopharma global market access experience is a must; candidate must possess strong knowledge of various ex-US payer systems and HTA environments. Understanding of US system a strong additional plus

• Experience in biologic high value products and specialty care drugs required; dermatology/asthma/inflammatory disease experience very strongly preferred

• Product launch experience in market access required

• 10+ years of pharmaceutical industry experience

• Experience working across an alliance partnership strongly preferred

• Strong leadership skills

• Ability to influence and lobby internal and affiliate/alliance decision-makers

Travel: May be as high as 30+%; primarily international
