Summary: Responsible for the Facilities Management and Maintenance corrective and preventative maintenance planning, as well as the scheduling system and its implementation.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Creates and maintains a master schedule for use by facilities management and maintenance.

• Schedules and coordinates corrective and preventative maintenance activities with manufacturing, facility and other stake holders.

• Plans work tasks expected to be accomplished by maintenance personnel.

• Assists in the coordination of manpower and contract resources with maintenance management.

• Verifies the availability of parts, tool and safety devices for corrective and preventative maintenance.

• Responsible for the management and prioritization of maintenance corrective and preventative maintenance tasks.

• Follows current good manufacturing practices (cGMPs).

Education and Experience:

• Requires technical certificate or AAS in engineering or construction technologies or a minimum of 4+ years of relevant experience.
