Summary
Scientist position in the Immunology & Inflammation department with a focus on Immune Modulation and Tolerance mechanisms in the context of autoimmunity.

Responsibilities
We are seeking a highly motivated, open minded, passionate Scientist with a strong background in the field of Immunology, with a focus on establishing and maintaining immunological tolerance via targeting of immune cells; deep understanding of tissue derived signals, their interactions with resident & infiltrating immune cells (DC, pDC, macrophages, T cells) in context of homeostasis and autoimmunity is critical. Demonstrated ability to translate such knowledge from animal models and/or in vitro primary cell assays and apply it towards the identification of targets/pathways as potential therapeutic modalities for immune diseases. Solid hands-on experience with establishment and characterization of diverse autoimmune disease models, multicolor (>12) flow cytometry and analysis, co-culture assay systems; experience with single cell RNASeq, CITESeq profiling/sequencing data is highly desired.

Requirements
PhD in immunology with >4 years of Postdoctoral studies or minimum 3 years of industry experience. Ability to independently design, execute experiments, propose new targets, maintain lab notebook, and communicate data in a timely manner is required.

This position will require the individual to pass a physical before beginning employment.
