The Sales Training Manager will be responsible for:

Preparing, coordinating, and facilitating New Hire training of Aimovig® for new field representatives.

Facilitating the Medical, Legal and Regulatory review of New Hire training materials.

Partnering with Sales, Marketing, Global Product team and Aimovig® co-promote partner to incorporate new hire curriculum updates.

Supporting ad hoc projects as appropriate.

Basic Qualifications

Doctorate degree

OR

Master's degree and 2 years of training and/or sales and/or marketing experience

OR

Bachelor's degree and 4 years of training and/or sales and/or marketing experience

OR

Associate's degree and 10 years of training and/or sales and/or marketing experience

OR

High school diploma / GED and 12 years of training and/or sales and/or marketing experience

Preferred Qualifications:

4+ years of biotech or pharmaceutical selling experience.

2+ years of selling in Neuroscience therapeutic area

2+ years of training experience.

Demonstrated strong communication, leadership, and presentation/facilitation skills.

Ability to impart complex information in a simple manner that is absorbable by learners.

Able to build and leverage cross-matrix relationships with Sales and Marketing.

Demonstrated good organizational and project management skills.

Documented ability to consistently achieve or exceed sales goals.

Ability to learn new disease state and clinical knowledge quickly.
