As a key member of the Miltenyi Biotec team, you will have the exciting opportunity to manage designated large projects simultaneously within our GMP manufacturing facility. The unique duties of this position will allow you to interact in a collaborative team environment where your main focus will be developing and executing detailed project work plans and actively manage communication interface with clients regarding project needs, status and progress, and any changes thereto. This will mainly be done through the translation of business strategy into specific project objectives, work plans, timelines, and budgets. Furthermore, you will work alongside departmental heads in order to identify resources needed and assign individual responsibilities. Overall, your exceptional management skills will guarantee the successful completion of team tasks and goals in a timely manner, which ultimately will drive Miltenyi Biotec’s continued and growing success.
• M.S. or B.S. in a science related discipline; such as Biology, Chemistry, Biotechnology, Genetics, Genomics, Pharmaceuticals, or Engineering from a four-year college or university
• Must have a minimum of three to five years’ experience in project management and scheduling; previously worked in a biotechnology research and development environment or a GMP facility; or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.

Employees entering and leaving the laboratory must wear appropriate clothing and protective equipment such as scrubs, coveralls, masks, glasses, and gloves. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
