Key responsibilities Include:
• Bachelor's Degree preferred. Associate Degree required.
• 4-5 years' experience in a clinical research setting.
• Phlebotomy background with ECG experience - minimum 4 years.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs.
• Familiarity with Medical Terminology - minimum 4 years.
• Familiarity with GCP documentation requirements.

- Responsible for the identification, recruitment and screening of potential clinical trial participants, both healthy volunteers and patient populations, to ensure appropriate enrollment of subjects into studies conducted at the ACPRU.
- Develop and execute strategies for recruitment of healthy volunteers and patient populations for studies conducted at the ACPRU.
- Maintain constant, appropriate and systematic staffing of the Recruiting and Screening organization managing this group of ACPRU personnel providing direct support to ACPRU for the recruitment and screening of healthy volunteers and patient populations for ACPRU clinical trials.
- Responsible for accurate and timely data collection, documentation, entry and reporting including generation of quarterly recruiting and screening metrics and response to in-house queries.
- Applies in-depth understanding of Good Clinical Practices (GCP) and all requirements necessary to ensure clinical pharmacology research studies performed at the ACPRU meet all regulatory and AbbVie standards in a safe environment.
