Project Description:

• IOPS Exit Interview Data Analysis and communication plan.
o Including buy in/V.O.C. of global HRBP team, IOPS HR leadership and some customer feedback (could use the template that Rachel created as a starting point).
o Including creating and developing the report template for future use.
o Analyze and validate what is entered into the Exit interview compared to what is coded in the term log and update in either document if required. This may include identification of errors in either process and responsibility for recommending corrective action to fit.
o Including analyzing the exit interview against other sources to identify trends (GPTW, Pulse, comp-ratios, ER LOG, Oracle, etc.).

• Desired Majors: Human Resources management, Business Analytics, Statistics.

• Desired Skills: Interpersonal skills, ability to lead a room, good critical thinking skills, Advanced Microsoft Suite Knowledge.

Desired Education Level:

• Rising Sophomore, Junior or Senior
