This person will work in Information Security in Sleepy Hollow, NY. The student will assist the Information Security and the Vendor Assessment teams with vendor and 3rd party reviews. The reviews balance the needs of a business unit with good security management practices.

Job Duties:

• Review the completed Technical and Security questionnaire. Discuss issues, finding and vendor capabilities with InfoSec Management and evaluate the security of the third party vendor.

• Effectively communicate findings with the team and the business unit requesting the assessment

• Effectively communicate findings with the vendor and explain its risk to the security of Regeneron and explain what and why it needs to be corrected.

• Support audit activities

• Must be an undergraduate student

• Must be pursuing a degree in Information Security, Information Science, or Information Systems

• Must be familiar with Information Security and Third Party Risk Management.

• Must have the ability to attend and contribute at meetings as they relate to InfoSec projects.

General Intern Program Information:

• Must be enrolled in, or accepted to, an academic program pursuing a Bachelor's, Master's, PhD or PharmD

• Summer Program is full-time (~40 hrs/wk) for at least 10 weeks and is paid

• Prefer demonstrated leadership in areas such as campus activities, clubs, sports or the community

• Minimum GPA of 3.0

• You will work with a specific manager on a project(s)

• Enjoy weekly 1 hour Intern Program events: learn about other areas of the company from VPs and other employees, soft skills workshops, networking, volunteering, and more!

• Present to your team on your summer project
