Summary:
The position is responsible for driving the strategy and optimization of business processes and analytics capabilities for the Clinical Drug Supply & Logistics department. This position plays a key role in defining and building key capabilities for the CLO organization that will enable agile business processes, enhance data driven insights, and drive a culture of excellence, continual improvement and responsiveness. Incumbent will be responsible for ensuring strategic alignment of all improvement activity in the CLO organization while providing value-added analytical insights and business-critical reporting to meet the needs-and support the goals-of the CLO team.

Job Duties:

Responsibilities:

• Manages and oversees strategy and management system activities; driving standardization of CI, analytics and problem-solving processes

• Interfaces with the CLO leadership team to define and build CLO's continual improvement, data and analytics capabilities

• Defines needs and develops data analytics and capabilities that enable data driven insights on the worldwide clinical supply chain

• Leverages data driven insights on the Regeneron portfolio of products for investigational and comparator drugs used in clinical and/or Medical Affairs trials and supports CLO leadership in developing impact analyses for evolving demand and supply environment

• In collaboration with Business Operations, create and manage reporting metrics and determine how best to provide visibility to operations performance via report creation, insights and analyzing system dashboards

• Develop reporting that drives continuous improvement against key performance measures. This will be accomplished by analyzing operational data to inform performance improvement opportunities with an emphasis on understanding key operational performance indicators and the impact they have on supply delivery

• Facilitate root cause analysis and appropriate continual improvement methodologies such as process mapping and kaizen events to drive improvements tied to strategic imperatives

• Ensure integrity and accuracy of data within the CLO team and flowing through from our business partners

• Works closely with the CLO leadership team to define, enable and drive process improvement, automation, standardization and simplification

• Leads processes to identify and define process improvement and simplification opportunities that enable more agile operations enhanced strategic insights and analytics

• Leads initiatives across the CLO organization to identify data, process and system limitations

• Liaison with IT regarding system current and future systems capabilities

• Provide daily, weekly and monthly reporting and analysis to senior leaders
