Job Details
Responsible for maintaining master data integrity and creating product supply plans using Amgen's planning and execution systems. You will be working with site and regional planners to ensure supply plans for Amgen's manufacturing network.
Responsibilities include:
- Performs pre-planning quality checks to ensure MRP integrity
- Maintains/manages global master data within Amgen's planning systems
- Balances supply plans across several manufacturing stages/sites that support demand and maintain safety stock levels
- Reviews Supply Planning Quality Checks with GSCL to ensure supply plan integrity at Planning Cycle completion
- Participates on Global Supply Chain Team
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree
OR
Associate's degree and 4 years of Supply Chain planning- related experience
OR
High School diploma/GED and 6 years of Supply Chain planning- related experience
Preferred Qualifications:
- The ideal candidate should have knowledge and understanding of basic supply chain concepts, demand and supply planning, MRP, production planning and inventory control.
- Experience in global pharmaceutical, biotech or similar industry
- Detail oriented with strong business data analytical skills
- Process oriented mindset with willingness to call out gaps and seek solutions
