  • Culture and maintain cell lines and primary cells, for cell-based assays. Extensive experience with immune cells is a must
  • Proficiency in the isolation and characterization of blood cell subpopulations employing cytometry and additional methods for immune cell analysis
  • Manage mammalian cell stock inventory
  • Coordinate with other lab members day-to-day lab activities including equipment maintenance, reagent orders, restocking consumables, etc.
  • Develop appropriate assays to support analysis of large molecule pharmacology  including Pharmacokinetics (ELISA) and cytokine (MSD) analysis of samples from in in vivostudies

  • 5+ years lab experience in Cancer Immunology or related field
  • Experience with cell culture and aseptic technique is required
  • Experience with multiparametric flow cytometry is required
  • Experience with handling human tissue specimens (mostly blood) is a requirement, including the isolation of blood cell subpopulations
